# Plans & limits

> Postbase Cloud pricing, channels, seats, and AI quotas.

Postbase Cloud is the hosted version at [postbase.so](https://www.postbase.so).
Plans scale by workspaces, channels, seats, and AI allowances. Posting is unlimited
on every plan, subject to [fair use](https://www.postbase.so/terms).

Yearly billing is 10× the monthly price (two months free). Prices are in US
dollars and include any sales tax or VAT.

Every plan includes unlimited posts, the unlimited AI agent, all platforms,
threads, media & calendar, the MCP server, and analytics.

  Every plan starts with a **7-day free trial** of that plan: its channels, seats,
  workspaces and storage. The allowances that cost us per use are trial-sized until
  your first payment: 5 AI images, 1 AI video, 3 X posts with links and 25 agent
  messages a day. To unlock the plan's full allowances sooner, choose **Start my plan
  now** in [Billing](/cloud/billing).

## Limits

Every limit is shared across the workspaces on your plan.

* **Workspaces** — separate spaces for clients or brands, each with its own channels,
  calendar, media and team. Create one from the workspace menu in the sidebar; it
  shares the plan of the workspace you created it from.
* **Channels** — the number of connected accounts across your workspaces, per the
  table above.
* **Seats** — people across your workspaces, including pending invites. Someone in
  several of your workspaces counts once: 1 on Creator, 5 on Team, 15 on Pro and 30
  on Agency.
* **AI generations** — a monthly quota for [image and video generation](/ai/generate);
  images and videos are counted separately.
* **Media storage** — files in your [media library](/using/media), files you upload in
  the composer or agent chat, and AI-generated images, together: 5 GB on Creator,
  10 GB on Team, 25 GB on Pro, 50 GB on Agency. Composer and chat uploads that aren't
  used in a post are removed after 48 hours.
* **X posts with links** — a monthly allowance (20 on Creator, 30 on Team, 45 on Pro,
  75 on Agency, 3 during the trial). X charges much more for a post containing a link,
  so each post (or thread post) with a link counts once; X posts without links are
  unlimited. A post over the allowance fails with a note until you remove the link or
  the allowance resets on the 1st (UTC).
* **AI agent** — unlimited under fair use. Two safety limits, well above normal use,
  stop scripts or runaway sessions: a daily message limit (50 on Creator, 100 on Team,
  150 on Pro, 300 on Agency, 25 during the trial; resets at midnight UTC) and a monthly
  fair-use ceiling. Messages can be up to 4,000 characters. For heavier use, connect
  Postbase to your own assistant through [MCP](/mcp/overview). The usage ring in the
  agent chat shows your AI image and video allowances.
